At Janederland, every item is carefully 3D printed and packed to order. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we're always here to help if something isn't right.

Change of Mind

As most products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect colour selection
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by postal services
  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or layer lines that are a natural part of the 3D printing process

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Store credit

The solution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Personalised name items
  • Custom colour requests
  • Custom-designed products

Unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or differs significantly from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If a parcel is lost in transit before delivery is completed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once printing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
