Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

Custom, personalised, or larger orders may require additional production time. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $50 AUD: Flat-rate shipping of $7.99 AUD
  • Orders $50 AUD and over: FREE Australia-wide shipping
  • Orders $100 AUD and over: FREE Express Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Please note: Janederland is an online store and does not offer local pickup.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Western Australia: 1–5 business days
  • Interstate: 3–10 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Janederland is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping provider.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged item(s)

We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
