• Slight colour differences from screen displays

These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, colours, and customisation details when placing an order.

Janederland is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Once production has begun, custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch of any order.
